PROCESSING TIME

Orders for in-stock pieces are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-order items require additional production time, which is noted on each product page. Production will begin after the customer has approved the final design. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

We offer complimentary insured shipping on all domestic orders. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide to select destinations.

International delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 5–10 business days after dispatch.

All international orders are shipped insured and require a signature upon delivery.

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

INSURANCE & SECURITY

All shipments are fully insured while in transit until they are marked as delivered. For security reasons, we are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped.

DELIVERY NOTES

A signature may be required upon delivery for all orders. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone will be available to receive the package.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier disruptions.
