ABOUT US

WE DESIGN MODERN FINE JEWELRY INSPIRED BY TRADITIONAL ASIAN ART AND FORMS.

Across different cultures in Asia, what we now consider historical artifacts has often carried meaning beyond decoration. From a modern perspective, many of these items have become distant from everyday wear or reduced to cultural reference points rather than commonplace objects that regular humans used on the daily.

We take those forms as a starting point and translate them into contemporary jewelry. The intention is not to replicate historical pieces, but to reframe them so they feel relevant to how people actually live today. We draw from ancient forms such as seal script, commonplace vessels, and symbols that retained their meaning across millenia.

We operate as a contemporary jewelry studio focused on small-batch and custom production. Each piece is developed with attention to proportion, engineered for comfort and wearability, and crafted with acknowledgment of the cultural elements it draws upon. Our focus is on creating objects that feel inevitable, almost as if they existed at some point in a different spacetime and are reborn again in our foundry.

MATERIALS THAT HAVE OUTLASTED EMPIRES

We work primarily in solid 14k and 18k gold, sterling silver, with select references to jade, abalone, and archival forms. Each material is chosen not only for its beauty, but for its ability to endure, which has been proven by the thousands of ancient artifacts that still exist, scattered around the world’s most renowned museums.

Our jewelry pieces are intended to be worn often, kept for decades, and eventually passed on, becoming part of a personal archive rather than a passing trend.

CUSTOM WORK

Some of our signature pieces, such as our seal script designs, are made to order. These begin with a name or word and are developed in collaboration with the client through a collaborative design process. For more information please see our Custom Order information page.
