RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns on eligible, unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging, including all boxes and documentation
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom, bespoke, engraved, resized, or final sale items are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items within the same 30-day window, subject to availability. 

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our studio at returns@yinare.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

SHIPPING RETURNS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.

FINAL NOTE

Due to the nature of fine jewelry, we are unable to accept returns on worn items. We encourage careful consideration before purchase, and our team is always available to assist with sizing, materials, or product details prior to ordering.
