WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
Our pieces are crafted in solid 14k gold, solid 18k gold, and sterling silver. Select designs may incorporate natural stones, gemstones, or other specialized materials depending on the collection.
WHERE IS YINARE JEWELRY MADE?
All pieces are designed in-house and produced one at a time by our skilled artisans in southern California.
IS YINARE JEWELRY SOLID GOLD OR GOLD PLATED?
We work exclusively with solid gold for all our gold pieces. Rather than plated finishes that naturally wear over time, our approach to jewelry centers on longevity and permanence. Our solid gold pieces are designed to be worn for years without the surface fading over time. Full details about material are provided on each product page.
DOES STERLING SILVER TARNISH?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time and may develop a patina with wear. Regular cleaning and proper storage will help maintain its finish. Allowing the patina to develop will not damage the piece, so if you like the look, keep it!
CAN I WEAR MY JEWELRY EVERY DAY?
Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, though we recommend removing pieces before swimming, exercising, showering, or operating heavy machinery and tools to preserve their condition over time.
DOES YINARE OFFER CUSTOM OR BESPOKE PIECES?
Bespoke and custom work is a core part of our practice. We are happy to discuss personalized commissions and explore how your vision can be realized through our design process and craftsmanship. Please contact the studio directly for consultations and inquiries, and a member of our design team will be in touch.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
We recommend storing pieces individually in a soft pouch or jewelry box and avoiding exposure to moisture, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Please refer to our Care page for detailed guidance.
DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?
We offer repair services on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the piece and damage. Please email our team with photos and your order information for assessment.
DO YOU OFFER RESIZING?
Select rings may be eligible for resizing. However, you may find that resizing with a local jeweler may be more cost-effective than the cost of shipping to and from us plus resizing. Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure of your size or if you believe your size is outside of the range available for purchase on the product page. We will be happy to explore available options with you.
WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIMELINE?
Some pieces are ready to ship, while others are made to order. Estimated production timelines are listed on each product page. For custom orders requiring collaboration with customers, please see the Custom Order/Design Process page for more information.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
ARE DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We accept returns on eligible items within a return window of 30 days. Pieces that are custom, made-to-order, worn, or resized are not eligible for return.
